  • Guests must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, guests will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

    Guests who repeatedly cancel without proper notice will be charged 100% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity for any subsequent instances.

    Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

    In case of emergency or unexpected situations, our management team will review each case individually and determine if cancellation fees apply.

  • If a guest does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity for the first instance. Subsequent no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

    Guests who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity for any subsequent instances.

    No-show fees will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

  • Guests may reschedule their appointments as long as they provide at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, guests will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

    Rescheduling fees will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

  • Please note that credit card processing fees are passed along to customers for all credit card transactions. Guests can avoid these fees by opting to pay with cash or check. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team.

  • Travel Fee

    $130 minimum travel fee per stylist. Travel fee over 1 hour from the salon is to be arranged with coordinator. Client is responsible for any parking fees in cash day of.

    Deposit

    A $150.00 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date. Dates cannot be reserved until both are received. $100 of the deposit is applied to your final balance. $50 is reserved for a coordination fee.

    Payment

    Payment is due at the time of service. No prepayments are allowed. We accept cash or one full payment on one Credit card only.

    Gratuity

    A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all services.
